Why is sarah Wiggum with the aquarium?

I’m confused. Why is she with the aquarium? I don’t remember any episodes where the Wiggums or Sarah for that matter had any association with it... Am I missing something?

probably to have her associated with something with the event. she could become standalone post event

She went to the aquarium thinking Ralph was eating gravel again and she got blown to the other dimension thanks to Homer. And Maggie. And Gerald.
