Remembering the first Halloween

Does anybody else wish the would do TSTO Halloween like they did back in 2012 ? I really liked throwing eggs in friends towns and TPing their property. You could see who had visited and caused a mess and I think you could even buy more eggs and TP from the store. I think you could also see the names of other vandalizers that left messes in your friends town. I miss that kind of interactivity with the events these days, now it just follows the same old grind every time.
Maybe they will give it a reboot next year.

Yeah. As much as I love this event, destroying other players’ towns was a hell of a lot of fun. Although it was a pain in the **** having your stars drop down to 1.5/5 each incident...

Yeah, this was the event that launched the legend that is THoH in Tapped Out. I used to enjoy the neighbor interaction in events... (Yes...even the Easter baskets!)

I wish somehow they could make the toilet paper and egg thing permanent. Even if it's just to use things as decorations like a toilet papered tree. I would LOVE to be able to send kids trick or treating all year round, too.

Couldn't agree more! They could even still do that as one layer of the event no matter what the cockeyed theme-of-the-year was!

Also agree that the Easter baskets were fun ... and don't forget the valentines day cards!

Yea. This was the very first ever event in Tapped Out history and it was one of my favorites

@MoopsDude Blast from the past. Great to see you here!!!
I’ll never forget the fun we had back then. The first events really were the best.
The glitches are still with us though, one thing they didn’t change.
Maybe one day EA will go back to the old way, would be fantastic.

Aww,

Hopefully EA will bring it back someday. We could all write and ask.
Every tapper needs to experience the first events, they were awesome!

Its like they changed the game play once The Family Guy game came along and started coping them instead of doing it their own way. But noooo had to match the other style of games...

I didnt play during the 1st Halloween. 2nd Halloween is my favourite event ever.

Hey Nettangel long time no see, though I do see your town quite a bit. I always enjoy the town to town hidden messages etc. I don’t know why they don’t do the old style Halloween and other events. It may be that it put too much of a strain on the servers or something, but it was a fun era. The golden age of TSTO!

Yes it has been a long time since we chatted Moops. I left you another note. Fun way to touch base now and then.
I have no idea why they don’t revisit the old format but it certainly would be amazing if they brought it back.
The Lemon Tree thing reminds me of the old days too.
