Ice instead of water?

I've been away 1 year!! ... but i'm back

I've realized that several friends has ice on their towns instead of water. Belongs to an event? I can't find in the store

It came with Winter event last year but there were only so many tiles you could get. Might come back this year.

Only downside of the Ice was its 'limited' its not infinite. Unless you got 999 of them. Its like "tiles" in that aspect. Not sure why they did it that way.

Yep. They're ice tiles from the 2017 Christmas event. I think the most tiles anyone could earn was sixty something. I fell a bit short of that somewhere in the fifties.
