Most of us know but some don't.

Save your daily tasks for and they'll convert to Christmas event currency when the update hits.

I usually seem to botch this method.

I have two tasks in the list right now, one done and ready to claim, the other is a radio station task I haven't started yet.

Should I do the radio task so it's also ready to claim, or should I wait until the event starts?

The daily tasks will not change at the start of the event. You have to x them out, and you can do this only once a day. They only change the currency between acts.

Save it as incomplete. Completed tasks may stay at the currency they are in now. Between acts save them as completed, they roll over into the new currency and you can collect right away.

I'm not Savings DCs until an event changes acts. I have enough donuts to speed through a portion of the act enough to get a foothold in the event, and get to understand how the event runs and operates.
