I'm beginning to wonder if I will ever get Mayan Homer.
I was never very interested in the Mayan stuff but I made sure to get this bundle and every other bundle available to me in order to avoid these sorts of problems.
All of the Mayan stuff was in a bundle when I got it except for Homer. They didn't include him for some reason.
Whacking Day Bundle (Lumpy, Snake Speakers, Snake Rocks, Hollow Snake Trunk, Snake Stump, Green Practice Snake, Purple Practice Snake, Red Practice Snake and Yellow Practice Snake) @TheJuiceLoosener

Ice Palace w/Ice Princess Martin NOTE: this is only listed as ‘Ice Palace’ in LPN’s post, however a screenshot posted below shows the two together.
There seems to be two differing bundles involving character/skins/items, however players are obtaining a bundle which is worse than they could have obtained.
Duff Brewery w/Duffman OR Duff Brewery w/Duffman, Lady Duff and Mexican Duffman OR Mexican Duffman Bundle (Mexican Duffman and Lady Duff)
You can add the flag bundle and the whacking day bundle to the list.
I can't access the flag bundle because of a Mexican flag I bought during last year's Cinco de Mayo promotion. The same goes for the Whacking Day bundle because I bought one hollow snake log for 10 donuts two years ago. Along with Mexican Duffman, that makes 3 bundles that didn't show up for me.

Also Radioactive Man with Radioactive Man statue, I can't get that statue because is in the bundle. Last halloween I tried contacting EA about Witch Marge and they tried to help me. I saw Witch Marge with the cauldron in my inventory after they added to my game, but as I already have the cauldron when I tried to place Witch Marge with the cauldron, they disappeared.
Just wrote them about the content I was missing. Will update if/when I get a response. Thanks for putting this list together, helped a lot with my case
I was really hoping for the Ice Palace, but I already have Martin's Ice Princess outfit which I suspect is keeping me from seeing the Ice Palace in the mystery box

Contact EA help. The Time Travelers bundle was not offered to me as I had bought two of the three a few events ago. So, I request Plague Rats for free..... Just explain that you have part of the combo and cannot purchace your missing item from the combo. I have done this three times in the past. Each time I was given the missing item from the combo for free.

On hold the phone…once I turned down the rollback they offered to give me the ship. So I logged out and they put it in my inventory!

I dont think that bundles are the problem per se, its the fact that EA wont fix the fact that you cant buy the items you still need if you own one piece of the bundle.
Example: If you already own Witch Marge, you shkuld be able to purchase the cauldron on its own, rather then getting shot ouy completely.
Also, as @Muhsterino said, try contacting EA. I got Mrs. Sinclair last year because she was bundled with the Ayn Rand daycare,which I already had. The first twch I talked to told me it was impossible for help to alter my game (bull!) The second one added her to my game right away!

At last count I had I had 535 items in the box with at least 100 items in each slot... I've been cherry picking a few (Whale, Three-eyed Whale, Witch, Duffman and other things I had wanted) but to get everything would take 16,000+ Doughnuts so trying to figure out what other high bonus multiplier items I can get with Characters who can earn me some IGC to help get more doughnuts...

I logged into an old town that doesn’t have many items to see the bundles.
Nobody i've talked to has succeeded in adding Mayan Homer to the town.
A couple of them said they did it, but it didn't go through like it normally would. Maybe because the original mayan plotline gave this skin a non-standard deployment into gameplay??
Maybe because these employees were sub par?? One guy lied because the call had gone on too long and he just wanted it to end.
One person was a native speaker of English who claimed to be one of the few who understood the intricacies of the system, and he came up with some yarn about how my town had so much in it that it was already straining to not crash and that's why mayan homer wasn't able to appear.
Guess what. We've added lots of characters since then , along with lots of land and items. and the town is still kicking. So.....
I got Mayan Homer by calling EA that last time they screwed up the bundle. I got a non us rep the first time who absolutely refused to help. The second time, I got US but got disconnected on my end. The third time I got a great rep in Texas who understood what I was asking and gave him to me with no fuss.
The key is to be persistent and either get a phone call or live chat during office hours in Central Time US time. If they refuse to help, just disconnect and open another request for contact.
You must be persistent and polite when dealing with support.
