I support. The process of the game is very simplified compared to several years earlier. I do not want the end of the game, since I have been playing for a little over a year.
If it is, is that a good and bad thing? It will allow people to get literally everything but then what's left? Are EA killing the game off?
My 1st reaction was the same as you Doughal…… It seemed like a Going out of business sale to flog off all the back catalogue at knock down prices. Also I was expecting a Major event to start, having just come off a Minor (2 week) event ,only to chuck another fortnighter at us and this one without a single new character in it, only a skin for the top prize.
I almost daren't think it but all things must come to an end eventually, I guess we'll find out in a couple of weeks.

It's still showing an end date in my game. I also spent 3000 donuts yesterday and emptied it, FWIW. I can tap it and it just takes me back to the game.
I might as well add to the confusion and uncertainty. I called the game support earlier today and they gave me a sale end date of March 19th!! All the while I'm staring at the game store saying"Limited Time"10d 19h 51m 03s!! Mind you, that message was only under the "Prom Photo Booth" and not under the "Yearbook Mystery Box". The message under that was simply "New!" I don't recall if the message was different when it appeared on Wednesday March 13th. With that many items, you'd think logic would demand "make the sale....Lonnnnngggggerrrr!"

This reminds me a lot of what happened In the last few months of Avengers Alliance. Everything was easier to get, previously locked material was brought back, major events were knocked down in size and complexity. It would also explain the lack of interest in fixing the Kindle issue. That's a large user base to disregard.
I had no idea Mexican Duffman was an option. Is he being bundled with the other Duffman skins?
I got that bundle last night, here's what I got: Duff Brewery, Duffman, Lady Duff and Mexican Duffman... All that stuff for only 30 donuts.
The option in my yearbook box is Lady Duff and Mexican Duffman together. I already have the Duff Brewery and Duffman.
I also randomly had BOTH the single Pirate and then the Pirate Ghostship combo. But I already had the Ghostship. I ended up getting the combo and now have one pirate and two ghostships. Random!
So have we made certain this mystery box is permanent yet? We only have a few days left and I'd rather not burn through thousands of donuts at once. I'd prefer to clear out the box gradually.

It's so stupid the way EA does this.
Call EA. I had 3 bundles with the same problem. Took a little time, but I got all 3 bundles fixed by having them add what I was missing (a skin, 2 NPCs, and even a few decorations). I didn't have full playable characters this time, but I did the same with Mrs. Sinclair a few months ago.

I am guessing “no”. I didn’t start with 700 items in my first game, only about 15 or so that were mostly NPCs I hadn’t bought from other events. So I bought them now and now when I click on the box it just takes me back into the game with nothing to buy.
If it were a permanent feature wouldn’t more stuff be added in? Or a message that new items will be available after this event is over?
