Favorite event/occurrence of 2019?

Since this has been a lackluster year for events, what’s your favorite addition to the game this year? Golden goose? The snapshot feature?

  • Snapshot! It's the best addition in several years. (IMHO) :)
  • The Easter update. It was almost unnoticeable...😂

    Love, Springfieldian Style

It brought a lot of cool characters that I have wanted for a long time. Mr. Bergstrom, Principal Dondelinger, Gloria, Samantha Stanky. A lot of cool stuff that I like like the Springfield Union Station & the Shelbyville buildings and decorations.

Obviously the Golden Goose building to earn land is the best thing so far this year.

But next is the Yearbook for collecting so many premium items on discount.

These two additions have more than made up for the lack of new content. I'm playing when i want, vs feeling obligated to log in every 4hrs; I'm obtaining more new stuff than i ever could in an event and increasing my bonus; as well as accruing land faster than ever, in the 5+yrs I've been playing.

Very happy with the game lately. Thanks, EA!

  • Useful features and stacks of returning content, more land and increased item limit are all good. Can't complain about a lack of events full of grinding at all. At least we have progress after a long frustrating period. That's my favourite thing.
  • Golden Goose was great initially, but I've always designed in a fairly compact way - so I now have vast tracts of land that will only be filled when new content arrives and the item limit raised.

The snapshot feature is great, love it. Maybe some day it can be upgraded so that the capture resolution matches the gameplay resolution.

The Yearbook Mystery Box was awesome. I missed a lot of this content at release.

Marge at the Bat - the things I really missed in the Yearbook MB were multiples of the golf course and tennis courts, and stadium bleachers. This event has let me tie off a few loose ends design-wise.
  • This year wasn't that bad for events. We got some decent characters like Deadshot_DCU mentioned, Mary Bailey, Judge Harm, Lewis Clark and Alice Glick. Good buildings and decorations like Shelbyville, Golden Goose, Sky Finger Monument and Springfield University.

I'm probably in the minority who enjoyed the Christmas and Valentine's Day event structure because of the Land Tokens and new content every week. I don't see why EA couldn't have used the same 4 week structure for Easter and St. Patrick's Day or even April Fools.

Favourite feature this year has to be the Sky Finger Monument since I only used the snapshot feature once and I didn't buy the Golden Goose when it appeared. I also forget most of the time to clearing my buildings especially the 24 hour buildings.
  • Tennis courts ... hundreds ... thousands of them.
  • The best thing for me this year was the Yearbook Mystery Box! :)
Do not add me as a friend in the game anymore as I rarely visit my friends' towns. Not adding anymore too

Golden goose + Yearbook box are awesome additions for me...
New land, new items... percentage increase for KEM farms...
Sure, the snapshot is also great,
but the main thing I would use it for is at my funeral....
ya, pictures of family, fun, stuff like that... then my Tapped Out Town...
( That would be an interesting conversation....)

Young Marge, young Homer, young Barney, young Artie Ziff. Or was that all in 2018?

    And of course the yearbook.
