I would like to see the Simpsons make a Western RPG in the vein of Final Fantasy. You'd start with your choice of Simpsons family member (Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, Maggie and Grampa), and progress through the story leveling up your team members.
Each Springfield townsperson would have a special ability when in battle. Wiggum would call in backup, adding an additional fighter to the team for the battle only. Apu would have a Workaholic ability, meaning he can't be put to sleep, and is immune to any other effects.
And, being able to use all the Simpsons family members, whom you didn't pick at the start to assist you later on in the story.
Trying to control the horizontal & the vertical. Do not adjust your TV.
This just came up on my Facebook feed. Anyone have any ideas what it might be?
A new Simpsons game will be announced during E3 next month. Will have to wait and see.
It says MAY be. This is hype. The panel could be discussing the history of all Simpsons games and nothing more. It doesn't even dangle an announcement is pending. While it's certainly possible, I'll wait n see.
All my designs look unfinished because i can't place as many plants, streetlights, and fences as i would like. PLEASE REMOVE THE LIMIT, EA!
Interesting. Well, this info certainly isn't nothing. Maybe my dream game is coming, one where we can explore our designed towns at street level? A man can dream.
Make Nightmare Pile like Zombie Sandwich. All kids trick or treat at once.
I have a feeling this is going to explain why updates for Tapped Out have been so sparse; my prediction is that they will announce a Hit & Run remaster but ideally I'd prefer a full-blown sequel.
Either way, this is exciting news for Simpsons videogames, but unfortunately probably a doomsday calling for Tapped Out. We might have to start getting our signs ready to tell the world that the end is nigh and that they must prepare for the afterlife.

Why would they go to the effort of teasing something only to announce absolutely nothing? If it was just discussing the history of Simpsons videogames they would come out and say it is. There would be no point creating mystery over that.
Plus the gaming retailer 'Game' have shared it and teased a Hit & Run 2. I think they would be in the know, as they would have to be given the pre-order information ready to go live.

Uh, to sell tix to their comic event?

It's not as though the writing and art staff have dropped TSTO for a new platform and that explains the dearth of TSTO updates. Seems to me that the most likely explanation for the thinning of new content is that TSTO has ticked of just about every character and building box possible and is scraping the bottom of the ideas barrel.
There are plenty of buildings and characters left to get, even from some older episodes, but some of the episodes from this past season had some buildings in it that I would have loved to have, like the Car-Go Building.

While Tapped Out 2 would be unlikely, you don’t know that it is not Tapped Out 2.
You know nothing.

How do you know that he knows nothing, unless you know something? What do you know??

Why would it signify the end of one game because another is beginning? All EA does is make games. ( I think. )
I think if TSTO is making money, it will stay until is dosen't make enough to bother with.
