  Graffiti lowers your Righteousness rating. You can see your various ratings via the Conform-O-meter (https://simpsonstappedout.fandom.com/wiki/Conform-O-Meter). The cheapest way to raise your Righteousness rating is by placing Training Walls. They are $270 IGC (In Game Currency) and found under the Decorations tab. They can easily be placed and hidden behind buildings.

  It can take some time to come back. The training walls will keep it from lowering.

  what if i wont clean the the graffiti will my friends be able to graffiti still or i will need to clean it?

  A building may only be tapped once and will stay untappable by friends until you clear it. If you have enough training walls in your town they will prevent your righteousness from ever dropping.
