The best way I have found to play the game is to place next to The Simpsons house a teleporter is much easier to move to another location where is Skyfinger (my only income at the time) and an empty area to place the buildings from the event and place bloodmobiles to generate donuts. Also I found out when you unlock an event or premium building is better to store it first and then place it. If you do not have any of the Frinks teleporters you can use the Krustyland shuttle or the Nicks Bowling shop.
  • Todays update seems to have cleared the problem
    Thanks ea staff
  • Yes, problem cleared, but we deserve donuts for all this time loosing recycle bin and Maggie's donuts. Where is our compensation? Thank you.

It still crashes on my Android tablet (Galaxy Tab 2 with stock ROM - andorid 4.2.2). :'(

    The error report says
    Exception: "java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError"
    Source: "Runtime.java"
    Source class: "java.lang.Runtime"
    Method: "loadLibrary"
    Row number: "383"

Just to check, have you done the store update patch?

Yes of course I patched it yesterday. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

@marim577 This was posted in game discussion, same device as you stated:
I cannot run this 4.39.1 update on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 with Android 4.2.2, it just shows a black screen and then drops out. I also have a Point of View Mobii Tab P780 with Android 4.4, and it plays for a minute and then drops out. I cannot afford to buy a new tablet just to continue playing, I have always played it on my Samsung.
I have posted the info from the two of you on the EA Answers site, hopefully the Community Manager will respond.

yesterdays small store update fixed tapped out crashing issues in Bluestacks, That was a long 2 weeks of having to play on my phone lol. I've been spoiled with playing on a larger monitor vs. my 5.5" phone.

I've fixed the problem for you. No need to thank me, EA.

Since the stack trace said that libopenal.so was missing I've rooted my device and copied the file from data\app-lib\[simpsons folder] to system\lib
