At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if EA is crashing the game and ruining the game experience on purpose, to get people to stop playing the game. Then EA will use the lowered players numbers to justify shutting the game down. I feel sorry for those people that brought that donut factory, they will get screwed big time. It was a final cash grab before EA shuts the game down.
So EA creates the problem that leads players to stop playing, then blames the players that stopped playing as the cause to shut down the game. That way, they can win the PR battle, claim the moral high ground, and not look like the bad guys when they shut down the game.
In case anybody wants to know where I got this idea from, the local public transit agency does the same thing when they want to shut down a particular route, but don't want to deal with the community anger. They reduce service a little bit, which leads to lower passenger counts, then they use the lower passenger counts as justification to reduce service even more, which leads to even lower passenger counts. Rinse and repeat several times, until the entire route is discontinued.
I did buy the donut factory and I have spent hundreds of dollars on this game and now I am loosing a crap load of donuts. I get booted almost every time I try to collect donuts. I am so upset and frustrated

I have been thinking this for a while.
There is no indication that EA are putting the game up for sale or even trying to sell it, but then who would be prepared to buy it in this condition.
I think TSTO still has legs and could carry on running for years, the game is not yet done by a long way. But I think EA are done with TSTO, for trying to keep customers, let alone encouraging new customers in, I think EA's incentives are skew-whiff.
They just don't seem to care, rather than building the game back up and selling it as a going concern, which would bring in some dollars, I think they want to cut their loses and just dump it.
It's bad enough all the Bart's, maxxed item count, not happening wanted expansions, low Land Token quantity and event monotony for example, but also the lack of communication from EA.
If they listen to people complaining, which explains why they got rid of crafting, why have they not listened to similar complaints and reinstated crafting to how people wanted it to be done.
I liked crafting, but I didn't like having to buy something I didn't want just to get the level up, I know a number of people felt the same way.
Why have they not reinstated major events, there are plenty of complaints about all the mini's bunched together.
And this is EA's forum, EA's contact so to speak, so why do they do nothing.
I stopped playing Mirrors Of Albion and deleted it to concentrate solely on this... now hell.
I wanted to do it yesterday but I will invariably do it tomorrow (ish).
The most frustrating thing about this debacle is EA's silence on the matter. If they would be open about what is wrong, and what they are trying to do to resolve the root cause, I can be patient and wait it out. When EA is silent, and pretends there is no problem at all, I take it as a personal insult.
To sync our SF to the servers we are told to go to OS or friends.
But does it matter if I get a Bart screen coming back???
Does it matter if I just turn it off, as I'd finished???
Log back in then turn it off, for the same reason above???
OR, have I got to do it all over again???
I have had so many Bart screens with OS, it is even more infuriating than the loads more that I have had when in game, go figure???

I've had so many crashes since the beginning of the babies event started I can’t even count them. No fix with the latest update, still there and they have increased significantly! 😖 I can barely get game play in. So frustrated

Still getting them as well, although a couple of times it didn't, but then I might not have been on long enough.

I’m so glad I started this discussion, just to know I’m not the only one.
But I wish EA would acknowledge that there is a problem and let us know when a fix is coming out.

Do not buy donuts with real world cash, that is the only recourse you have to make your displeasure known.
The only thing that is just as irksome as the Bart screen is the fact that no one has fixed the title of this thread, the spelling is losing not loosing. A peeve of mine is words spelled wrong.

I have been booted many times as well! I haven’t played daily like I had been because of the frustration with the BART screen!!! I, too, can’t complete tasks without getting the boot!!! I wish they would fix this issue and provide a working update!!!

I noted this phenomenon of using loosing instead of losing all over the internet in the comments section. I wonder if I am missing some kind of trend here.

Looks like it's been corrected now, LOL

What a looser.
