Springfield Falls & Sushi Restaurant Update

What I got from the update is that Springfield Falls is free (which I got) but the sushi restaurant isn't. I don't know why they'd make you pay 90 donuts now and then give it for free on the next update. That'd be pointless IMO.

    How can it be "FREE" and why would they put it in all caps? Don't you have to purchase the sushi restaurant for 90 donuts which unlocks Springfield Falls? Or am I mistaken and the people who spent 90 donuts are just going to rage come Sunday when they give the items away for "FREE" ??
    It clearly reads that Springfield Falls is free and a new sushi restaurant (doesnt say free)

    If you don't already have Springfield Falls by now, you gotta send Lisa to the 1 hour task at Kwik-E Mart and then keep Homer free. He initiates the task for Springfield Falls.
