I received another email this am asking or info off my i phone-app- storage etc. submitted and received email back a few minutes later from pawan statin it's been escalated to highest level and may take 1-2 weeks.

Did the same. Mine was escalated on Friday so we'll see how long it takes them to fix it. I'm not holding my breath.
Bump cause this is happening to me still for a week and with the new update I'll be furious if I miss the limited time items due to EA's incompetence. I already emailed EA and they said the highest team would look at my problem but I reckon I wont hear for them for a few moths. I check my town regularly ever few hours and still have no hope of getting in. I tried the anonymous trick a few times and that wont work for me either.
Has anyone had this fixed for them or managed to successfully sign in through the anonymous trick?
Keep trying i have 2 accounts one my main conpletly filled up and i have never been locked out for a whole day on that account even tho the only way to get in for me is thru anonymous, my 2nd much smaller account I could not access for over 3 days.. No idea the cause but i was furious bcuz the update for the sushi just came out so i kept trying and trying and trying, dont know what made it work, but it did somehow and aftet i logged in that one time its been fine ever since... The thing i started doing was clearing the pending invites ( either accept or decline) i dont leave them anymore, I had about 40 pending requests on my 2nd acc and i added them all, then tried visiting them to see if it wud make a diff then log in, did it a few times it either crashed during loading a town or when i tried to enter my own town, i was commuting home had like 5 mins to try again so i gave it a shot, logged in visited 3 or 4 friends then logged in and it worked, sheer dumb luck, I also never contacted EA.

When I Get into the game I can count to 5 and blow on the screen and it resets back to the main screen with all my Apps..
And no, I don't have bad breath...lol
