Missing Other Springfields

As of this morning [b]ALL[/b] my friend's Springfields are gone. They still show in the listing of "Friends not in game" but are not accessible other than to delete. However, I know many of them are still playing the game. Maybe this is just preparatory to fixing the previous problem of the other Springfields not being playable???? Maybe yes???? Please....
