Mexican Duffman missing

So I just bought the yearbook for 30 donuts and got the Mexican duffman bundle, the game has awarded me the brewery, duff man and lady duff costume but has not given me the Mexican duffman character :/ any ideas guys? Should I email?

If I remember correctly, the bundle includes Duffman and the skin Lady Duffman. I think Mexican Duffman is separate.

I have found Mexican Duffman in storage under characters. I think I got it from the YBMB.

I got my Mexican Duffman from the YearBook, mine was also in storage.

For some reason I seem to recall that I bought the duffman bundle out of the YMB and them next time I logged in, Mexican Duffman was them available for purchase separately whereas he hadn't shown up as an option beforehand...

Wow, I didn't realise that this skin even existed, guess it was offered as part of a quest when I was on that break I took from the game, suspect that it'll be unlikely that I will be able to get it as I already have the rest of the Duffman bits and I'm guessing that it is only available as a bundle these days (I have nothing available from the year book etc).

Lady Duffman is a skin and Mexican Duffman is a separate character.
You never know it may return.

I have all the other components of the bundle except for Mexican Duffman, so my character collection will never be complete unless they unbundle the bundles for players that have the other items in said bundle. This is also the problem for me with raven Bart. He never used to be part of a bundle, then when I became donut stable I wanted him and now he is bundled with the bad dream house, which I have had forever. Boo 😒 to bundles I say.

Bundles are great for saving a few donuts but items should also be available on an individual basis too as I'm sure that there is many players missing the odd item which they would love to add to their collection.

I had the same issue. I was able to contact EA and have them add the raven to my game the halloween event before last. If you can wait it out, I'd give that a shot when they inevitably add the bad dream house without the raven to the game this year.

I'm in the same boat with no Lady Duff skin. I took a hiatus for a couple years. I already had Duff Man and the brewery before this quest line started, and have Mexican Duff Man now but can't get the skin. I looked in the yearbook and bought all the duff related stuff I could find and looked in my storage, but I can't find squat. here's hoping EA plays nice.

So I put in a ticket to get Lady Duff, as I am in a similar position. Here is the response I received (verbatim):

"I have tried from our tool to add Lady Duff in your account just to find that we don't have her to add manually. So I have added 200 donuts in your account to buy her."

Well you see, therein lies the problem. I can't buy her.

So I replied again, and explained the bug, and how you cannot obtain Lady Duff since Mexican Duffman is owned. So the 200 donuts to buy her with, while nice (even though I have thousands and don't need them), certainly isn't a solution to the problem.

And I got this back:

"I wish if I could add the Lady Duff to your account, however there is no such option available with us.

However the best what we can do is we have added 200 donuts to your account. I would really appreciate your patience and understanding."

So I guess that's it then! I'll have a quest in my list forever with no way to resolve. Hey, at least I got another 200 donuts I don't need!
