notification every 15minutes

Just turn off notifications? Or the banner at the very least.

    I also have this problem,

    Every 15 min the SAME person visits me and i get a notification.
    Even thought you're only supposed to be able to visit once a day.

    This continues even after i removed him from my friend list.
    I can't visit him but he can visit me (non-stop :? )

    I find this annoying but don't want to remove all notification, just get rid of him.

    Any suggestion?
