Astrolabe not working

I got the talking astrolabe in the Santa's Wonderland MB. placed it and followed the short questline. When prompted to tap, it did nothing. It has done nothing when tapped since.

    I posted on the other thread in general also. It’s a vocal male voice & has a few short messages (5 I think) ,you should receive a message per tap.
