Problem with log in

I haven't been able to log in all morning. Help!

    The number 1 go to thing to do when this happens is...
    • Pull up the app manager and swipe all open apps away.
    • Hold the power button on your device until it asks you to confirm shutdown, then shut down.
    • Wait 1 minute.
    • Turn your device back on and wait until it connects to the internet.
    • Try playing.
  • 1 minute? That's a looong time in my head :tongue: a fast 3 count is more than I can bear

  • If the donut spins and spins:
    Try rebooting your device a few times
    or Uninstall reboot reinstall, do not play while downloading
    Only uninstall if you have an account

    If you get an error trying to log in:
    Go to origin.com
    and change your password to have less than 16 characters with only letters and numbers.
    Watch out for the app adding a space after entering your password in the game
    If you have an account, Uninstall, reboot device, reinstall do not play while downloading

  • For over a week I can not get into the game. It just keeps loading. I have restarted tablet and unistalled and did everything I could think of. The game Will NOT load. Please fix so I can play the new update. please fix. Thanks

    @auntyboo this is a players forum. You should contact EA support. If you have tried uninstall and reinstalling, perhaps look at this thread.

    I had the same problem a few days ago. I found out the only way to fix the spinning donut was to reset my phone. Hopefully it will work for you too!
