I'm sure he'll be back at some point @fgasrvrt, but there's no way to predict when.
Some characters don't reappear for years, some return way too soon and a few either never come back (yet) or God forbid they reappear in a bundle with stuff you already have so the store won't let you have them.
I think that out of the now 500+ characters ever released there are only about 5 or 6 that can only be got in bundles, so your chances are pretty good imho.
