Level 18... No church, no heck house

  It seems like I am all over the map on this chart though, so the order must be pretty random. Still nice to have some idea what's coming up though!

  That chart doesn't specify the main quests from the busy quests. Once you build something and acquire a new character, you have to do a set amount of quests with them and sometimes others involving them before you can move on. So even after you get Comic book Guy, you'll have to do a few things with him then you get to build the orange house. After the orange you'll have to do a few things and then you get the church.

  You should get the church next if I remember correctly. You should get it in time as long as you free up all characters often enough to get new tasks.

  I think you are like a lot of players of TO myself included.
  
  You seem to have levelled up quicker than the quests per level. I am on level 20 and still have level 16 quests to do, this is because of the extra brown, purple and blue houses I have, 10 of each but by no means as many as some Springfield's I've seen and the extra tasks given from the Halloween update.
  
  Unfortunately you've just got to be patient and all the tasks will happen, however, as we are nearing the end if the month you may not complete all if the Halloween quests but the other quests will eventually happen.

  nah jk keep doing it if you want. The extra income from Farming Houses makes you progress a LOT faster. (Still tempted to do this as Nelson as VERY expensive.)

  I'm the same level and only just got the church. It was Apu doing a 24-hour shift that finally triggered it I think. Work your way through the tasks and you'll get there, you'll easily make it before the end of the month and get the Heck House.
  
  And DohMoe, I've raced through the levels but been behind on the buildings and I don't have a house farm. I play all day and visit 100 friends and generally rack up the XP faster than I can do the tasks. It's possible to find yourself at a high level without a lot of buildings while playing the game "properly".
