Verification code is not working

When I typed in the right code with the right email address, it’s not working. Any idea?

    Even with a new code, it’s still not taking it.
  • Stuck in same loop of typing in code then telling me to look at my email and there’s nothing. Try again and nothing.
  • Having the same problem here, ever since the game updated.
  • I am having the same issue get a code fill it out and then no email. I am tried of having issues whenever it updates

    It's a world wide problem.

    EA is on the case..

    I expect a patch later...

    Glad I’m not the only one with this issue. I’ve had a problem since the last update ended last week. Wouldn’t load at all. Now it loads but asks me to sign in. And when I do it says check email but nothing....

  • Hope they put it back to how it was before. Sometimes I hate the updates lol, like rn lol glad I’m not the only one having issues.

    Got logged in!!!! Don’t shut your game down and check your email, send the code and check it on another device while the game stays open. Input code and it logged me in. Hope that helps!

    Tip from Deadshot DCU: Force close out all apps, restart device. Now open up the game, log in with the code and you should be ok.

    Unfortunately, I've tried all of the troubleshooting steps and none have worked. I got a new phone on Friday and suddenly I couldn't sign in.

    I can't use my original email address because I haven't logged into that one in years, so I couldn't get a code from that one if I wanted to. That's something I understand, things happen. But this login "loop" and making players find a workaround is ridiculous.

    I've tried using another device to get my code but neither my computer nor my tablet refreshes fast enough to obtain the code (many times the same one over and over) in order to be logged in.

    I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times. I've tried the force stop and I've tried closing the code box before trying to get the code and signing in.

    This is one of my favorite games. I'd really like to be able to play this game again. Hopefully this actually gets fixed so everyone, not just those who are lucky enough to be able get this workaround to actually work.

    Tried restarting my phone, and it still doesn’t work.
  • Have been seeing the same thing as well.
    Code works and I get the message to look for a follow up email with instructions but that is not arriving.
    Will wait for the patch. I am getting to the point where I might just abandon the game. I still have the major issue where the tap radius is small and my character icon does not work. This might be the last straw for me.

    Even with the new update for the app, the verify code is still not working.
  • First they hold GGR hostage, now we can’t get into the game at all.

    Verification code still says incorrect so I can’t log in. Hopefully it will get fixed soon.
