Season 33 Quest Not giving reward
I have a problem with getting the building of Season 33 Part 2
I completed the mission and it says reward earned, it never gave me a choice to place or store the building, it isnt placed, neither is it in my storage. I can't find it in my inventory and i can't place it, I have tryed to go as far as to reinstall the game, but with no luck
I did get the first part's character but not the second part's building
I think i know where the problem is: since i have turned auto update off and i got this building before it even showed me what it looked like (it was a black square before the update), im assuming I was supposed to unlock part 2 after the update came out, thus didn't give me the building for some reason, but im not an expert so i don't know how to fix this.

I had exactly the same thing, after the update it showed me what the house looks like, but i sitll can't place it or even find it in my inventory
The House and the quest were not loaded into the game until the Halloween update so if you did the star tasks and then updated, it had nothing to give you. You must get EA to help you. Contact them by phone or chat is best or Twitter M-F US Central Time business hours.

I just Me Too'd on that post. Hopefully since it's being investigated by EA it will get resolved.
@wadebear regarding your "Let this be a lesson" remark. I typically update asap, and it's usually done by an auto-update. For this update apparently my tablet had an error downloading it and required a manual update. I missed the notification of that error. As a result I finished the Season 33 Part 2 tasks before even knowing that a Treehouse of Horror update was available.
The "lesson" should be that EA should code better so that people playing a game aren't penalized for not grabbing an update they didn't know about.

Quoting myself just to add: Resolved, finally.
The EA helper I got this time told me to log out of the game; shortly thereafter I was told they gave me the Parasite House and bonus donuts. And they did!!
Happy to have the issue resolved. Hope the same for everyone else.
Logging off and back on didn't help it either
I made the mistake if trying to chat with an EA Helper.
They are telling me that since I didn't update to the Halloween event before completing Season 33 part 2 event I am "not eligible for the reward." "It was necessary to update the Halloween event before they game finished to get the rewards."
So I just wasted 30 minutes trying to get help with EA.
Ok, instead of going to bed I stayed in the EA support chat. I'm not pleased that I somewhat berated him when he kept telling me that basically it was all my fault for not getting the Halloween update first and thus I'm ineligible.
But eventually I posted the link to the EA Answers page linked to above, and showed him where the EA Community Manager said to reach out to support to get the content.
The rep I was chatting with eventually checked with a supervisor (supposedly) and then told me they can do a one-time granting of the item (as if I was asking for something special and they were being super kind). And then he tossed the Parasite House into my inventory.
