Damn, that is lucky! I just got double pickaxes on my rocks.

I was getting five on my first few rows, I also thought that was by design.

I've mined 100 twice and have unlocked maybe half the land.

Only singles on mine

I am only on my 2nd row so not a huge sample, but I think my biggest has been 14 so far..
but hey, 14 donuts for unlocking more land? Sure!! I aint gonna complain

This next image reveals the two pickaxe icons, showing there's two rocks to be mined, in the same location. This is why the first rock highlights red, until it is moved off of its "double".

I think you may have forgotten each tree & rock pile contains 5 items prior to separation or moving any of them👌

Multiples was a glitch that was patched. I believe anyone who opened the land before they patched it will still have the glitched multiples

Turns out some like you got 5x; I got only 2x. Neither was supposed to actually happen. We lucked out. If you got 5x you may want to open everything and collect them.
