What a tough time for the tapped out team, trying to get everything stable before a Christmas break and all the wheels come off. I’m lucky enough to be done with the second quest but I feel bad for those trying to get everything done in time. I'm so relieved that it's not just me. I've been playing since the beginning--2012, and if I lost my game, I don't know what I'd do. I came here earlier and didn't see anything, so I "chatted" with customer support for what seems like forever, but he was useless, and kept telling me it's my ISP's fault even though I told him I tried it on two different networks, and cellular, etc., etc., and so forth...
