Any way to get Lady Duff?

I've had this quest forever, and due to some event way in the past, there is no way for me to get Lady Duff. Support says the following (verbatim):

"I wish if I could add the Lady Duff to your account, however there is no such option available with us."

Does anyone know of any way to get her?

Lady duff is just a skin for the duffman. Just click on him and switch skin.

While I appreciate the help, Duffman has no other skins. A continuation of my issue of course:

Try going into your inventory and going on characters section and see if its in there.

Also try storing duffman and returning him, if you havent tried that yet. Just in case.

Thanks all, I've tried all the suggestions, many times.

The problem is that EA released Mexican Duffman even for those who didn't already have Lady Duff, but did not change the quest, which requires her. This resulted in a quest that is now stuck and no way to complete it.

Any way to get Lady Duff?
