Giving up playing
I've enjoyed playing the game for many years now, and have reached all the highest levels.
Unfortunately i am now finding it very tedious, due to the lack of a 'sky finger' for characters like the one collecting rent on buildings. Tapping on 510+ characters is very boring, even when just setting tasks for 24 hours, also I'm fed up with the time it takes for all the floating cash and xp to bank.
I think from now on, I'm only going to play when there's a new event.

I am also max'd out on most everything, and I also have become impatient w waiting for cash to be tallied. So what I do, is use the Skyfinger once a day, usually at midnite. Once the skyfinger collection and donut rounds are done, I then tap the characters ive sent on jobs. I ONLY SEND THE CHARS I WANT PARTICIPATING IN SCENES. The rest I just leave standing around. This way im keeping my town interesting to me and my neighboreenos. So I renew just a few chars, and usually at the locations that allow tasking at site, like the Moes Express Bar.
Maybe you can try something similar, so you only check in once per day if you want to. This game can be fun again if you find a way to remove the "chore" of cash collection. I spend most of my game time tweaking designs and scenes. Make it more into an art game if possible.
Same here. I have almost everyone muddling about in one big plaza, and have the buildings around them to return them there if the need to go out. No reason to collect money I can’t spend. I collect just to pay for RTT’s for donuts. The kids are attracted to school, the adults to sex on the beach or coffee.
thats a very long con indeed.
Or, stuck on my Squidport, because I hate when the non boardwalk people get on it because they never leave.
