Best Springfield ever built

if you will find another Springfield as well put together as mine. Let me know if you think yours compares.

Looks great! I sent you a friend request so I could take a closer look and you can check out my town. Mine is still under construction but I think my finished parts look pretty good.

Oh i'm definitely interested in seeing the best town ever. I'm a total geek about realism in my SF, and enjoy adding neighboreenos that do too.

Are you Level 939 yet? @simpsonare just created a new thread in the Showcase Section to display full towns, so be sure to add yours there as this thread will likely roll beyond page 1 once the next big event drops.

I wish we could see just a smidge more detail with these panoramic full-town images. But one thing I will critique from the "satellite view" is most of your trees appear a bit "cookie-cutter" . I nerd out in twisting every other tree 180 degrees, so they appear just slightly more naturally random. Minute details like that are what keep me busy designing between events. I test placement of every piece for best spacing; or creating "sidewalks" that are slimmer pieces of pavement; and for best 3-D perspective from our viewpoint, since we cannot rotate the entire grid (how cool would THAT be?!)

There are so many , many beautiful and interesting towns !
And all these builders are proud of their creation.
I love discovering how creative and inventive they are !
Personally I think my town is never quite finished .
And that’s what I like about it !

What does Matt Groening think - I bet he'd say his town is the best . . .
No right or wrong way to play, enjoy designing and make it your own.
If you are happy with it then that's the best Springfield you made.
If you're not happy, go search for inspiration and re-design.
Simples.

Some bits of my Springfield I'm very happy with, other not so much but the whole thing is a constant work in progress as sections keep getting modified due to the release of new buildings and decorations.

There was one person on here once who use to make incredible designs and that was @sandwedgeking. In my opinion they were the best town designs.

I'm happy with my towns current state. I decided to make the extra Springfield heights land a house farm because I have never hit max cash yet. Once I hit max cash then I'm going to get a billion in Real estate for the character. Should be easy in my games state but I'm making it hard.

P.S. Edit: I think my town is better 😛 lol

I still have access to at least one of his towns. His contributions here are definitely missed
