BIG F*****G PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!

It is a problem and makes visiting neighbors to whack snakes meaningless. Hopefully EA is aware of the issue and able to fix it and either extend whacking day or decrease the number snakes necessary for items.

I Want to apologize to Forum Readers because I Am against ranting! And I never comment on the angry threads or the "screw EA thread"
But this is just too much now! I will speak for myself even though I know there are A MAJORITY of people just like me That have spent a good amount of THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY ON TSTO!!!!! And it's not fair! They have to do better than that and if they can't or won't then I see no reason to keep on playing a game where There's a limit to what you can do! ESPECIALLY When YOU Spend YOUR OWN MONEY!!!!!

Completely agree with everyones anger. Lost around 100 snakes today, and as I can’t really afford to put real money into this game, I have continually been unable to reach the 150 snake mark to get the fort. This glitch almost seems intentional, to push users to spend money to progress thru donut purchases. Don’t wanna rant and raise conspiracies but have been a huge fan of the game since October, and these whacking day glitches have really been eating at me. seemed like a fun update for the older fans at first. hope EA will get to acknowledging everyones anger; maybe compensate with free snakes or lowering the prices of prizes. we deserve both

Same here I play megapolis as well and the amount of things and huge land you can get, with rocket loading time just go to show how much of a joke ea is in representing themselves as a so called leading distributor in games. I've said it before ill say it again I've never spent a cent on this game and this is why, earlier on when the game had far less flaws I was seriously concidering purchasing donuts, but no way in hell will I do that now. I feel so sorry for people who have lost the towns aswell as hard earned money, it really sucks, this only makes people like myself get pushed further away in terms of purchasing premium currency, I'd rather spend it on megapolis, least it updates likes twice a week. Hint hint ea.

Of course they are pushing you to buy donuts.. they don't make any money otherwise! That's the way these "Free" games work. The alternative would be for EA to charge $100 up front for the game and no donut purchases. You pay now our you pay later...

Not sure I agree with your price there, Pay once games made games companies plenty of money in the past, games which would have had a lot longer development time, were much more costly to make and probably sold a lot less copies still made money at nowhere near that price, you are just fooling yourself.

You don't have to apologize. I've been contributing to this forum since mid november, just because I loved playing this game since august. Thursday evening I almost exploded and had a rant myself. I just hope EA is aware that they upset a lot of dedicated players. I sent a complaint to their EA help center. Curious what (and if) they will answer.

I've spent a small amount of cash on TSTO, but no more than maybe £5. I figured that I had invested enough time into the game and enjoyed myself that they deserved some money.

But then over xmas I lost my town, so the premium characters and stuff I had were all gone. Worse still a lot of the content that I had earned legitimately through playing were gone too. I had Barney and the Bowlarama and the rest of the Xmas content - all of which was then made premium after xmas, so if I wanted to get it back I would have to fork out about £40 ($60/70). It's daylight robbery.

So I started again and decided to seriously house farm to get to max level and boost through bonus donuts. I was doing really well with that until this update where I've now got the XP glitch. Grrrr! Honestly it's just an absolute joke!

EA don't give a damn though. They're raking it in.

There's no reward for playing this game at the moment - farmers can't grind donuts, people that take great pride in their town and the incredibly creative people can't show off their skills or love because they've capped the amount of decorations. They've erased months of work for god knows how many people in one fould swoop.

EA need to give people an incentive to play, listen to the community and not just charge people extortionate amounts for more content! Where's the harm in having the premium content purchasable with in game cash? Make Frink's Lab $10,000,000 dollars or something? Even more if they wanted. It keeps people playing because they have a long term goal - a target to aim for. Inpatient players and people who are happy to splash the cash will - not everyone wants to grind to earn content, but they should allow the people that would to do so.

At the end of the day this is a game! EA need to stop being so greedy and make this more of a balanced experience and less of a draconian cashcow.

...And yes I realise how naive that last part sounds, but hey - I'm a dreamer.
