I keep getting errors when accepting the following

I have no clue why I'm getting errors trying accept these requests. When I get an error for a request, I write the name down to ensure a place holder. I am doing this as to ensure that a place is reserved in the event I get maxed out with friends. At the deadline 7:30PM, I'll give these names another shot at accepting. If it still fails, the next in line gets in, sorry.
I get the error all the time but I just click okay and whatever I was doing seems to be accomplished in spite of the error. You may find those people are in fact present in your neighbours / friends area. Hopefully!
Just added you there. Hopefully ill get the prize, behind with the egg count and trying to catch up now. Might be a few short for the top prize so the 500 eggs would be a big help.

Just kidding! Honestly thanks to all who participated. All Springfields displayed a lot of thought, creativity, and work. I have been looking over all your towns as I accepted your request, took notes, went back and forth many times, killed some snakes, didn't lose any snakes, and really had to make some tough decisions. Without further ado:
