You'd have more luck playing pickup sticks with your ****-cheeks than getting a refund.

The game is fine for young kids. It's removing the option for in-app purchases and/or having a password in place that's important. I'm in my late 20's and I have it blocked, lol. That amount of times I've accidentally tapped on a purchase is crazy. If it weren't for those security measures, I'd probably have spent quite a bit without wanting to.

Anyway, OP, you should have good luck with the company the purchase was made through. Just be careful because I hear that they will only give you one chance so try not to let it happen again.

I do have a password! Maybe after a few purchases it no longer requires you to confirm your password? I can't get my head around it. Or possibly I'm dealing with a child genius.

Does anyone have contact information for apple?

    One last question.

He seems to have bought a few premium items but still has 1300 donuts left. Will this affect my chances of a refund?

Check within your phone as i think you can set it to ask everytime, ive got mine set so basically i have to enter my code everytime something is bought no matter how often or quickly it is done.

I dont have details for Apple but google it im sure you will be able to find the info you need :D I do hope you get it sorted tho :D

Yes, if you enter the password for a purchse and then hand it off to the kid, he can purchase more if he does it right away.....I think there is some sort of delay (don't know how long, or if there is a setting to disable this) that allows more purchases while still under your initial password being entered....

Found it under general settings>restrictions.....there is a password setting for 15 minutes or immediately....I think it needs to be set to immediately to always require a password for every purchase...
