    I'm going be the first to speculate that this will be a whole new map.

    'Krusty debris' x 4 is a bit of a clue. There isn't enough room on the current map anyway.

    I thought that was just kinda the same as the debris found in new plots of land?

    thats exactly my point. There's no debris left on the map. This is new debris. Krusty land debris. New debris = new map.

    Even without the new debris I would still expect this to be a new map area.

    I hope it involves new land because I am right out of space (unless I make Krustyland span the entire coast of my town after the next update)!
