    That is very true, you just brought me back to sane ground. :D Just needed to get the frustration off the chest, and at the same time thought I should share it with the folks here in case people are wondering what's going on.

    The studio is still investigating. The developers are reaching out to some players at the moment to get more information about the issue.

    Now I just need to rant, after one damn f-ing week, I still can't access my Springfield. Then, f-ing EA's customer service gets my name wrong when I opened a ticket with them. And to top it off, after I've replied them with more info, I have yet to hear from them. It has been 2 f-ing days. WTH?! ARGH!!

    Seriously? do they not know how to read a crash report.. DO I HAVE TO GIVE THEM ONE FOR EXAMPLE so they can see they have issues with their RealDraw....BGSocial/src/common/gameobjects/BuildInstance.cpp at line : 1726 Can't Find cell HeckHouse.rgb ....1352665844

    Thank you, I've been hunting for any kind of response from EA. at least this eases my frustrations a tiny bit. I opened a ticket too, they replied in 2 hours the first time, and I replied with all the info they asked for but its been 4 or 5 days and they haven't responded again.

    Actually with the ticket I opened with them they asked me to include my crash reports. You should open a ticket/case on help.ea.com and include your crash reports. There's an upload file option.

    I'm sorry to know that you are facing the crashing/freezing issue after latest update in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. I completely understand how disappointing that could be, not being able to play games.

    There was a temporary issue, we have reported by a number of players experiencing the same issue. We are currently investigating why some players are facing the same issue. Our development’s team is aware of this problem and is currently working on it and I hope that it will be fixed soon

    nah they dont s h it, and we all know that. GUESS they need to hire some real programmers?

    I was asking around today and it seems that people with a newer iphone or ipad 2 works without problems. I have the ipad 1 and I haven't been able to play since the update. So I'm thinking that the problem might be with the ipad 1. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

    i have the ipad3. the game was working great. til i did the recent update.

    I have noticed just recently that the game will force close for no apparent reason. Seems to happen when I'm viewing friends' towns. Anyone else??

    I have an iPhone 5 and iPad 3 and I got nada on either one since the thanksgiving update!
    Although on the bright side I suppose the past few days have been like "Tapped Out" rehab! It's been a tough love program!
