That is very true, you just brought me back to sane ground.
Seriously? do they not know how to read a crash report.. DO I HAVE TO GIVE THEM ONE FOR EXAMPLE so they can see they have issues with their RealDraw....BGSocial/src/common/gameobjects/BuildInstance.cpp at line : 1726 Can't Find cell HeckHouse.rgb ....1352665844
Actually with the ticket I opened with them they asked me to include my crash reports. You should open a ticket/case on help.ea.com and include your crash reports. There's an upload file option.

I'm sorry to know that you are facing the crashing/freezing issue after latest update in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. I completely understand how disappointing that could be, not being able to play games.
There was a temporary issue, we have reported by a number of players experiencing the same issue. We are currently investigating why some players are facing the same issue. Our developments team is aware of this problem and is currently working on it and I hope that it will be fixed soon

I have an iPhone 5 and iPad 3 and I got nada on either one since the thanksgiving update!
Although on the bright side I suppose the past few days have been like "Tapped Out" rehab! It's been a tough love program!
