  It's pretty great. Seems like my towns people are enjoying the Boardwalk Car Show.

  Loving it too, and like you state while we wait for the boardwalk there is plenty to do on the beach.

  Loving the waterfall near the beach looks really good. Ken doesn't do that on mine, but looks good anyway, just looks like he is lying on the beach instead.
