  Remember it's all about personal perference. If it was me I'd probably purchase Jasper and the Community Center and probably Frink and his lab, mainly because they are hilarious.

  I'd wait, or if you really can't, the brewery is good. I'm still holding out on getting Frink, since I've heard you can get him in a mystery box. And that's how I got SVT, for free.

  While, it might not look as good as a new building, getting 348 white fences will get you the biggest % bonus than any other items
