Removing the bushes and gates. Space out the dining tables too, are you happy with the hot tub and volleyball court?

Lol exactly I think the hot tub is a little inappropriate and it's too much in one area, makes me queasy everytime I look at it but its stumped me. Ill add a gazebo and remove the bushes/gates...and probably that hot tub lol...and the volleyball court...basically demolish it!

Maybe get rid of the iron railings out front and the non perfect trees?

I'm not saying mine is great but I went with a slightly different entrance/ carpark. If there is anything you'd like to 'borrow' feel free

The orginial F&F is still one of the better ones

I watched the very 1st series of BB but that was it, i cant believe it still going that crazy! lol
