Yeah he's getting on a bit now hey. There's a deleted scene in The Last Stand where he cracks his ankle and it sounds like is breaking. The scene is called Getting Old. :P

I think in the new Terminator the robots have started to go rusty and get grey hairs

I havent seen The Last Stand, wanted to but i never bothered lol That would be funny a rusty Arnie robot attacking John Connor or trying to save him again lol
