I hadn't noticed that. Many of the characters randomly walk through things and over water to get to where they are going. I was going to try, but apparently Ned is doing something somewhere.

I find what Bumblebee man does hilarious, and when Krusty inflates his importance.

Aww, I just tried and my Rex used the sidewalks all the way to Ned, and they were on opposite sides of the town and my roads are no where near straight.

I stopped tapping on Sideshow Bob and he's getting pretty desperate. He walks through things and over water trying to get to where I'm collecting money so I tap him and free him from my town.

LOL nope - not going to happen.

    He's stuck forever! :P

I haven't noticed Rex doing anything differently than the others.

I meant that it just amused me that... considering what he was doing it was funny that all these other characters he was passing by, whatever they were doing, didn't stop him from his job... not that he walked through stuff or over water. Laser focus on getting Flanders.

Does this affect 5 star rating?? I lost half a star due to righteousness dropping from 5 to 1 star overnight. Not sure what I'm doing wrong :(

Numerous things can affect that star rating what have you got your criminals doing? Cleaning the spray paint can help raise your star rating, keeping snake in prison etc.

Snake never leaves there in my town lol Occasionally he might escape but he straight back in there lol

Really? I thought it had been found that tasks did not influence righteousness. Although, snake usually is in prison because I like the animation. I usually vandalize neighbors' towns so I can give them an added income.

Bob does effect the rating, but only the first time you get the prompt that he's been spotted. That causes you to lose 5 points from the total rating, but it's a 1 time deduction, so if you don't catch him, you won't continually lose anymore points. And, if you catch him it only gives you 1 point back. There's really no point in catching him other than the small cash/XP bonus, because you can make those 5 points back cleaning up graffiti.

Like Lissa, he's been in my town forever now, I love it. He's become a regular character. I'm in the middle of getting a panorama done, so all my characters are on inside tasks, and my Funzo's are all in storage, so Bob is one of the only characters in my ghost town right now, he seems bored.

    :)

I think what he means is that when characters do a joint tasked they usually walk towards each other and meet halfway.but with Rex's task, Flanders stands still as Rex walks very quickly towards him in a 'terminator' like fashion to begin the task.

How about when you have Legs and Louie interrogate a squealer? One will just vanish, poof gone, and appear next to the road that the other is and then start the interrogating. That always jars me a bit, why can't he just walk there?

I haven't paid attention to the others much but I'm pretty sure that Burns and Smithers will walk towards one another.

Yeah I think the legs and Louie task is an exception. And yes you are correct about the exercise for Mr burns, I'm pretty sure same applies for comicbookguy and agnes

It's always the person with the task walking towards the other person, apart from in the case of legs and louie
