Haven't been able to log in since saturday night. Have tried on two devices and neither of them will work. Really annoyed as i had just started to use doughnuts!!!!
Have tried restarting, reinstalling and redownloading the game but none of these work!!! EA need to sort this out ASAP
Has there been ANY response from EA on this? You'd think such a popular game being unplayable for a couple days would merit an official response. I'm surprised that the sudden halt of one of their money trains wouldn't be a bigger deal to them.
:?: :evil: I haven't been able to log in for 2 days now! I had moved around a whole section near my water front area, and then the next time I went to login get "Cannot Connect to Server." I have deleted the game and reinstalled 4 times, and still wont work. I am on an iPad 3, and when it wouldnt login, I installed the game on my Samsung Galaxy 4S. It would NOT load on the Galaxy 4S either! I have spent a few hundred dollars on this stupid game, and they need to fix this issue ASAP.
I am in the US, and other friends are able login fine.

Unfortunately (for those locked out), I think only a small amount of users are impacted by this. Based on the lack of responses on these threads, it doesn't seem like a huge amount of people are hurting. That's why it's so important that all that are locked out contact EA about it so they know that its more than a handful of people.
Same here. Extremely frustrating. Been playing for one year and spent hundreds on doughnuts trying to have it all with the most ultimate spring field. Been about three days and counting.
Been down for 2 days. Its something to do with our account because I started a new game with my work email account and it plays fine. Just wish we could get an answer rather then a canned response email.

according to my friend, it's also not possible to visit my town. it appears in the friends-list, but trying to visit results in a server-error as well....
Same problem!! I have not been able to play TSTO for 3 days. Origin recognises me and I get the welcome message but then I get Bart saying I cannot connect to the server. I play on my phone using Android, I have also checked to see if it would work on an android tablet and an ipod, but I get the same problem. I am now seeing that it affecting a lot more people. Can someone please acknowledge and fix this problem!!? I am on level 31 and I will not start again :evil:
I have had the same problem the last five days. The game continues saying trying to reconnect to servers. I have deleted the game from all devices then reinstalled with no success still same outcome
I sent in a problem to support and got a reply within 12 hrs. Though it was a generic message it's still a good start. They asked for some basic info so I'm hopin they get back to me soon. Lets keep our fingers crossed so I can come back ASAP to report a solution
Still logged out and cannot connect... annoyingly am now getting the "Its been a while..." messages.... and all the push notifications for tasks completing but its been 3 days now.
Its also on both a google nexus and an iPhone.. so its definately account related and good to see EA living up to its stellar customer service response over issues.
