  A little too green. Add some flower pots or the planted trees from squidport.
  
  
  Funny thing - I saw this and thought it was similar to what I did with mine, recently. Then, I realized I did it to the supercollider building. D'whoops!

  Maybe add some flowers trees and benches to have a park/seating area for the doctors to have their lunches

  I added some seating like ecneralc suggested, and some lamps like Mae suggested, I also changed the hedges to purple walls

  I dig it a lot now. Just one tweek I'd suggest is to use concrete by the benches as well

  It's looking good thought of something else you could try section of a part of your parking for paid parking some hospitals have paid parking areas
