to be honest I wouldn't want sumone as a neighbour with a farm but saying that I did farm white houses lol but the money I was earning I didn't need neighbours at the time

Blue houses should be better profits in terms of time spent tapping. To make the best of brown houses you would need to tap every 5 minutes. A high multiplier does it for me , reeling in a good 200k daily if I set characters on 1-4 hour tasks.

^Yeah Skyrim is right. White houses and blue houses are where it's at. It just really depends on how often you want to check in the game. 3 times a day - blue houses , 2 times a day - white houses. It just takes a bit longer to build a white house farm since it's more expensive.

Tapping you neighbour's brown houses and other properties that generate in less than 10 minutes doesn't really help your neighbours at all. The purpose of tapping properties is supposed to be mutually beneficial. You are supposed to be helping your friends reduce the time required to generate the money/tickets earned on a property.
If you tap a property that takes barely any time to regenerate a small amount of earnings, it's a complete waste of time and a nuisance.
I believe it's all in how you play. High level friends don't need the cash or xp, they're visiting to see what you're doing with your town. I still need cash, I'm in my town so often a friend might not find a suitable tap. However, I leave the lower level taps so they can earn xp and cash for their town. I guess everyone wants friends at their level, on their playing field, but I just like playing.
In some instances where I cant tag buildings ((when my rating has taken one of its totally random plummets)) AND when the neighbour has obviously just harvested, there can be only brown houses that have regenerated and my tsto OCD means I cant come back later because that neighbour would then be out of sync with the rest...... I know...... sad right? :oops:
I dont care what my neighbours do in my town.... as long as they dont nick my clean-ups :evil: but since you dont know if someone does, I am happy as long as they do visit occasionally :P
