Crashing constantly, is it Arnies Helicopter?

Its not the helicopter, im having connection issues myself keep getting booted out after about 5mins of playing which is really concerning specially when buying prem items :?

There is always connection issues when an update is released, it is a combination of KL update which still has issues and now the new update issues all mashing up together

Unfortunatly You need a up to date device for it to work constantly

1st Gen iPad.

Probably cause of the update and servers, hopefully it will sort itself out soon.

I did have the same as you and the same happened but now I've got a mini it works without a problem

My android device is working fine, got to say I am not a big fan of playing this game on a phone though.

I had recently problem with my town and I had to contact game developers
While I been trying to track them down.I found second official TSTO forum
Difference with our forum is that the other one seems to be supported by developers
So if anyone have any issues I recommend to visit

iPad Two here. I haven't experienced a single game problem or crash since level 31. I'm one of the luckier ones :-)

I play on the iPad2 and iPhone5 and im crashing on both devices, it seems to have calmed down a bit now but was terrible earlier when i updated

I was fine in Springfield. When I went to collect in Krustyland, as soon as I went back to Springfield, it crashed. Since then it's been fine. I actually think my Springfield is running better now.

Same here, the crashing is getting annoying and I started getting the Bart server error again too

I've been crashing in KL since it was released. I'll crash at least three times while collecting and assigning tasks.

Level 33 made my game VERY laggy, especially when the helicopter is on screen but even when it's not. Taking multiple taps to collect in my SF, I'll stop swiping but the screen will continue scrolling for a couple seconds, etc., etc., etc. but no SF crashes yet today (fingers crossed

Edit: I'm on 4th gen iPad

Been having so many crash issues on my ipad 1 that I loaded the game on my iphone 5 and its been running smooth.

I'm on iPad mini, kicks me to home screen multiple times a day for a while now, but not getting the Bart screen I usually do with updates.
