Wax Museum and The Abandoned Worlds Trade Tower disappeared after purchasing them and the money was taken too. Can i Get the completed versions of these please, as by the time this is resolved, they should have been constructed! Thanks!

Sorry to put this up again in yet another thread but so far no one has said anything so I thought is try this one.
I cant get on my Springfield it keeps saying "there is a level 1 town on your device is this your Springfield?" but my level 32 town won't load up.
Just looked on my sons Springfield and its their under some one else's name.
The name is "gregorypaj26"
Is there any thing that can be done to get my Springfield back please??? I have been playing for about 2 1/2 years
Now and have a massive Springfield with quite a few of the premium items and characters.
Also I'm still getting the notifications for my town but it still won't load it even if I open the notification it still says the same thing.

I got the updates for level 33 and afterwards purchased the wax museum. A few hours later I got the updates again and after that the both the building and the $275,000 were gone. Is there any way to recover the money/building? I have posted elsewhere on the forums with no response. Is there a better way than this to get help?
Boardwalk Performers are stuck and I think I have narrowed it down to the fences. They will go to any square that does not have fences on. Put one fence on that part of the boardwalk and the performers will transport to the beach and become stuck.
Is anyone else having issues with being logged out constantly? For at least a month the games automatically logs me out several times a day, which is annoying as it takes the game ages to figure that out and then for it to re-login. Seriously every time today I've gone to do something I've had to re-enter my login details
First time posting on the forum...but I've got a frustrating issue...I opened my weekly mystery box and got another mystery box. When I opened that one, I received the Squeaky Voice Teen character, which is a duplicate. I've had SVT for as long as I can remember. Now this duplicate character is sitting in my inventory (both in Springfield and Krustyland) and I cannot use. I know other users have reported similar issues, but I'm not sure what I can do about it? Please help!

The same problem with Homer-Buddha. Just bought it for 15 Donuts while SVT was in Krustyland... very disappointing.
Level 33. Tonight when i went to log into my game on the iPad (where i invariably play) i got a message stating: "WARNING - Your other device didn't save your Springfield.Please sign into that device before playing."
This warning made no sense to me.
I have not played Tapped Out on my iPhone for months, but I nevertheless tried logging in.
Whereupon I got the same warning on that device!
Not sure what to do? Do I risk losing everything if I press "continue playing"?
And if I did -- then what?
Is this a rare bug? Can anyone shed light on what to do?
UPDATE: i pressed "continue playing" and was told that progress made on my other device
might be lost. But since I had not played the game on the iPhone, i knew there would be nothing
to lose. The game then opened on my iPad just as it was left.... but still it was a disconcerting false alarm. (and I deleted the game from my iPhone.)
I also find lately that the game crashes much more frequently.

I've seen the same message a few times (platform: Android)...and thankfully my Springfield progress has never been impacted. Still, it is a scary thing to see. To me, it seems like it might be related to when they push game updates possibly...
The Level 33 update has broken Rod:
- Rod's voice feedback is missing when tapped.
- Rod's name is now the name of the item he is interacting with when given a job (i.e. When he is playing on the Monkey Bars, he's named "Monkey Bars": Tap on Rod when he is doing that job and the top banner of the pop-up will say "Monkey Bars")
I've had a recurring problem with gameplay from the beginning with accidental donut expenditures. This was mostly alleviated with the confirm spend donuts switch. But in those events when I accidentally trigger a donut spend and bring up that confirmation window there has I think been times when I accidentally touch the do not warn button. Also it seems likely the confirm donut spend is turned off when I'm logged off the game, which is happening more and more frequently in the course of gameplay. I'd like to see the confirm spend made default and the do not warn button removed from the game, these two changes would make the Simpsons Tapped Out game much less stressful I think.
Ever since the last update, I seem to have lost Skinner. The High school has been built and Chalmers is roaming my Springfield, but there's no Skinner to progress the School missions. I've looked in both Krustyland and the main town, and even pushed every building to see if he's there. But no Skinner Has anyone else have this problem?
hi, i'm new here, but i'm actually Level 34, or at least was until Friday,.. since i hadnt been able to get in the game again since around 6PM..
i received the notification that the task N.2 of Skineeeeer!!! was done and i try to log in, and this is was happens everytime since that tima, i get the log in screen, says welcome back, click to continue, i check continue, it loads some more (donught spinning) laike it always used to do, and suddenly.. goes to black and the apps closes..
i tryied deleting the app of the mobile, and downloaded everithing back, but nothing, hadnt been able to get anithing different
i would like to keep my game since as i say was ay level 34, building the Hotel on KL, and without use any donughts to advance since i play in Venezuela and i cant buy anithing online.. so it has beek only hard work to get there.. i lost the town once et back to Level 1 when i was on 29 but i get it back uninstalling the app.. but now i dont know what to do.. already contacted EA to see if theres a problem to the servers.. but now i asked you guys what can i do?

definitevely a problem with the high school update,
i uninstalled the app again, this time i even reboot the device before download again, after that i log in as a guest and get into the game succesfully, play a little of the first missions, then log out and try to log in with my user... and then the same, welcom back tra lala, load some more and..... crash, black screen apps closes... so is not the game itself is a problem with openian at my stage or at that task (Skineeeer!!! part 2)
