You will need to install the Origin program on a PC or Laptop.
Once you have done thjs, there is an option to remove your friends.

You can block people from origin.com but thats not really satisfactory
You can install origin on a PC and do it there.
Or use a different game. I use Need for Speed Most Wanted but you have to buy that one.
