I read a rumor (no idea if it's true, so grain of salt!!!) in another thread claiming the Fire House and maybe some skins were in the works. But to be honest, I'd rather have some other cool stores than the fire house. Your other ideas could be cool.

fire department is a good idea and i actually heard rumors that it is in the works.

i don't think they can put actual people in the game like Keith Richards because of royalty issues.
they would probably have to pay then to use their likeness.

monorail would be very hard to implement because i don't think it would look right unless it went all over town and took up a lot of space. just making it a building like the tooth chipper for example would not do it justice

Actually I had a plan for Monorail. It goes all around the town, it requires all expansions, and it goes up the town, buildings can go under.
