Two different versions:

Rest of World: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ea.game.simpsons4_row&hl=en

Rest of world are still 2nd class citizens :-(

Already 2 October over here. Good night...

Edit: Update is just this minute here for Rest of World. Updating now!

I had the Update button appear for one second before it changed to "Open"

So I uninstalled and now I can see the Halloween icon. Downloading now...

it says not compatible with device do i need to unistall and then reinstall or will that delete my town. Please help thanks

iOS have the update and we don't

I had to reboot my devices to get the update to show up in the Play store.
