quick question for Halloween veterans - so the trees/scenery have all converted to dead versions of their previous selves - to include the ones that you can buy. Here's the question - if i buy a dead tree now, will it stay a dead tree after the Halloween update is over? Or will it revert to a live tree, even if it's in my inventory?

If u buy dead trees (the Halloween ones) they stay like that forever. If u buy normal trees they will revert back to their normal state after Halloween.

If u buy dead trees (the Halloween ones) they stay like that forever. If u buy normal trees they will revert back to their normal state after Halloween.

They should've made the regular trees turn to fall colors of red/brown/orange instead of just removing their leaves altogether. That would've made more sense with the falling leaves too. Where are those leaves falling from, there are no leaves on the trees. Are they falling from the sky?

OK, dumb question #2... I don't see "dead trees" to buy... I haven't finished the first building yet, though. Does more Halloween stuff open up for purchase after the gypsy building is done??? :oops:

Is anyone else experiencing some awful, awful lag when they play? Or does my phone just suck?

I'm hoping this is just too many people excited on day 1 cause dang, it's practically unplayable for me the lag is so bad.

I'm not having any problems on my 5s, but my iPad4 is occasionally laggy and has crashed a handful of times. Never had a problem before this update.

Ahh, I'm playing on an iPhone 4 so that makes sense dangit. The ios7 update seemed to slow everything down.

I believe so. Also, the dead trees get to wear mittens in the winter update.

I think the IOS update for the ipad in general is a bit glitchy. That's why I have updated the ipad yet. Only my iPhone 5.

Mine is laggy as of the Halloween update. I blame the fog. Brand new samsung galaxy s3- I know it's not cutting edge but really?

How often can we haunt towns/catch ghosts? Cause it seems to be more often than every 24 hours, and if so, how is one to keep track? ! Or have I been hanging out in Otto's bus too much?

Sorry if this isn't the right place for this...

I started playing right before Halloween last year and I missed out on getting the Cauldron w/Witchy Marge and the Heck House facade. (I didn't have Marge or the Church when the event ended.) I can the Cauldron with the Marge costume for 75 donuts and the Heck House facade for 40 donuts now. Are they worth it? I've been seeing them all year, but I'm not sure what they do. Thanks.

The ghosts keep showing up in my town so I keep checking often. When it's convenient, I check every hour.

Marge gets a skin and decoration with a 2.25% bonus. It's cheaper this year than it was last year. Heck House gives Devil Flanders a task (I think), but not much else. It's just a skin for the church. To me, Witch Marge is more worth it than Heck house.
