Just got this game yesterday dl to my iPhone 4 iOS 7. Worked great for 7hrs. 5hrs later it will not connect to server. AT ALL! Dl 3 times restated phone. Did all the updates again (slower than when I first dl) still nothing!! Ugggg seriously doubt its my connection. HELP!!!!!! :twisted: :evil: :oops:
@EA_Gypsy as a free player I probably hold less weight than my paying counterparts and players, however I thought I would mention this in the hopes of a donut refund...
I just lost 4 (hard to come by donuts). I play on an android phone and an iPad. My phone is set to prevent accidental donut spending.
While playing on the iPad I clicked on a pink house to collect and due to lag suddendly sped up something worth 110 money. I know there are worse tales of donut loss but this is mine. Not the first time either.
Is there a bug? Surely that setting is profile level not device specific?!
OK, Lisa has disappeared, and don't see any suggestion on how to find her. It's been over 24 hours, so no tasks, and not behind any buildings. Can't progress in a quest. A little help EA would be nice.
It won't let me in. The app seems to load but then shutdown before I get into Springfield, this started yesterday at around 7pm. Friends can't visit me or they crash also.
I figured out how to get characters unstuck from map. If you remove the building that the character came with and place it back the character will be available again. I just don't know what will happen if Lisa or homer get stuck!! X IT FINGERS N HOPE IT DON'T HAPPEN
Hola! My Bart Simpson character is stuck out of bounds somewhere and i can't seem to get him, i tried purchasing the land i thought he was stuck in but still no luck... Any suggestions???
When Rod and Todd are doing the shared seesaw task Todd got possessed and now shows up twice. I have a screen shot of him floating by the other Todd on the seesaw if you want.
Hi I have a problem I turned on my game just before and it showed that I was missing about half my donuts and the bart raven had been bought. I always log out of my game, I have no idea how the donuts were spent and I really wasn't planning on spending it on the raven I had about 53 and now half of it is gone . Is there anyone I can talk to about this, or anything that can be done??? Please help me
I don't know about Lisa, but, if you lose Bart, dump the tree-house back into your inventory, then replace it. Bart will be with the tree house. I lost Martin. He drowned in the ocean while I was trying to send him to the Sunsphere. If you click on one of the kiddies that can do the Sunsphere thingy, Martin's name will show on the list, and when you click on his name, a quick pan to the ocean sent automatically, reveals a yellow thumb under the water. I've tried tapping all over the water, but evidently, Fat Tony must have tied a boulder onto the poor kid and drowned him. Can someone please tell me, what I need to put into inventory to get Martin back? If you have an answer, i'd appreciate a PM, so I won't need to thumb through 9 trillion posts to find my question again. Thanks. :thumbup:
I spent all of yesterday remodeling my Springfield. The game froze up and crashed to desktop often. Today, I am completely unable to log in. It gets to the 'tap to continue' part, starts loading, the crashes to desktop. I am able to load my son's account, so I know it's not my device. I have rebooted, re-downloaded, and logged in and out many times, to no avail. I need to get goo and the community reward!
Has anyone else lost Maude Flanders? I had for a few days, gave her a few jobs (haunt springfield, talk to Ned, tell kids there's no heaven (lol), but now i can't find her anywhere. I checked every building and house to see if i gave her a long lasting job, but nope. I don't recall what was the last job i gave her. Has anyone else had their Maude go missing?

Hi, since yesterday Ned Flanders is blocked outside the game area on a quest. Now i have another quest to realize with him, while tapping on the new quest, the game jumps outside the area, where i can see the yellow hand of the first quest for 1 sec., but i can't finish the first quest.
Has anibody a solution?

I have two towns that both are suffering froms bugs and issues right now. My primary town lags so much that it is nearly impossible to navigate my town. I have stored hundreds of houses and items in hopes that things will get back to normal, but I've done nothing except jack up my once proud town. Suffering from the popular glitch of having characters disappear (Todd Flanders among probably a couple more) and Kang is out in limbo on a land tile that cannot be purchased. Thankfully, I can visit friends and collect goo and I'm nearly to 10000, but really cant enjoy any of the prizes. I've had friends visit my town and the game freezes on them. Issued a ticket with EA today, but geez, after playing seamlessly since March, this update has kicked my towns ****. I would play my secondary town, however, Lisa is stuck in the middle of the ocean until they fix that popular glitch. They said Halloween update would be scary...its scary alright...not "Boo!" scary, but scary.
Going on ELEVEN days now where tapping to continue simply crashes the game using my profile!! Very disappointed with EA "customer service"!!! I have an escalated case but have not heard anything in the form of an update since the 4th! If this doesn't get fixed soon I will stop playing all together.
Lisa was trick or treating. About an hour left with the task, I found her (by clicking on her next task waiting to start for the storyline), I found her in the middle of the ocean by the squid port boardwalk. I was hoping she would just fix herself. But she's still in the water with the thumbs up icon above her head, waiting to be tapped on to finish. The only way I can see her is by clicking tasks waiting to start and clicking on the next one the game requested for her to do. I am unable to tap on Lisa.
I have moved four sections of the boardwalk at the corner (shes right next to it) to see if that helped any, it did not. Rod and Todd are waiting for her to babysit them and that is the task I click to find her, I don't think I'd be able to find her any other way. I tried going into editing mode where you can move buildings around, in hopes of being able to put her in inventory, but I am unable to click her. The game just isn't acknowledging my taps on her. She is unable to be highlighted.
Im stuck on the Count Burns Pt. 4 Make Count Burns Drink Blood, he has finished the task three times already and in the task bar it shows him as -253/1 for how many times he has to do it and doesnt change after he does.
