Except there is a donut spending confirmation in the options menu in the game it's a shame you decide to quit over this maybe you should just keep playing

    It does reset, from updates I have been told, never on my IPAD. I don't get why this made you quit if you have been reading this forum for awhile everyone knows EA sucks an is Horrible with customer service! It's not like you lost money you paid for, it's a freemium game. Anyway sorry for your bad experience

    Every update tends to turn it off again. So always check after each update.

    Psst. It's evening. I was in management a long time, and never once interviewed an applicant in the evening. Okay?

    Unemployed people have enough grief, without having whatever shreds of fun they still can muster criticized. OP has limited him/herself to a FREE source of entertainment. Let's praise their sense of prioritizing and not wasting money. Let's encourage them to find ways to maintain some emotional balance in their lives. Just sayin'

    People can be so quick to judge a man they know nothing about. He said he is unemployed, not that he is not looking for work or is uninterested in getting a job. It's tough out there. I would be upset too, and I'm sorry about your purchase mistake. Perhaps a more strategically worded letter to EA would get your refund. Anyone else have similar experiences with better success?

    If u have an iOS device contact apple they refund the purchases

    So your argument about Ned's Devil Costume is cause it doesn't pay a premium bonus yet you were intending to buy Barney and the Bowlerama which ALSO does not pay a premium bonus. I'm confused

    I'm not confused. He said Barney was his favorite character, and he saved 120 donuts purchase his favorite character. That sucks. Devil Flanders having no premium bonus is just salt in the wound.

    LOL. Good point. Though he did say right up front that Barney is one of his favorites, so maybe that's why ...

    Wrong...I turned my confirmation on since it was first put in the game, it has never turned off since (I always check, but have never needed to touch it since)..... :twisted: :twisted:

    OK. I wouldn't know, as I never turned it on (I'm that good at tapping :)). I just went with what people have been reporting on here. So I'm not wrong. People have reported it turned off after updating.

    Well how come people don't just lie about this an you think EA is just going to give back 60 donuts on a word? An you know this will work or is it just speculation?
    Iv dealt with **** trying to get my donuts back on other issues an the Harps issue people had an they gave me 12 donuts for my troubles

    OP, I would contact iTunes or Google Play or whatever platform you're on. I've never tried contacting EA about donut problems.. On several occasions I've made silly mistakes like yours and iTunes was quick to refund me enough to replace the donuts and even once they refunded my money flat out.

    (Had to edit that. Chock full of errors. Don't drive and post.)

    Don't you think this is a bit of a pity reason to stop playing the game? After all it was YOUR mistake and it wasn't your actual money you spent. Yeah it sucks but it's not worth quitting over imo.

    But someone said ITUNES would give you cash back but if you did not spend anything an they do ask for receipts I doubt they will give you anything.
