kungpao214 I got your invite, just visited your SF and tapped your tile. If you clear it then tap mine, I will know to go back & tap yours again :)

This is definitely the easiest way to do it. Once you tap your handshake, you know who did it and you can go visit and return the favor. Keeping up with PMs is tough and my work seems to firewall Origins chat. Boo.

Yep. Have just exchanged 3 taps with kungpao this way (with a little extra help from gremlins as calling cards!) :D

The other day i was getting several handshakes every couple of hours then i accidentally ( even though i was nowhere near- sodding iPhone lol) then i used 30 donuts to make the most of this glitch but now only getting 2 handshakes at any given time, not complaining because still getting plenty of free tiles :) but was nice going on and having several handshakes, still got plenty of room for friends while this glitch is working

another annoying thing is, trying to get to the squidport without haunting any buildings lol

Yeah, you almost want that people clear a path straight to Squiddy.

I have accidentally used prospective tile taps up as haunts instead. Frustrating.

I have one or two friends that have done that :)

Dropping gremlins is just as dangerous. You have to make sure the gremlin tab isn't over a building when you tap it.

    Edit....party starts in 2 posts.

See. There IS a method to my madness. It's not just the voices this time.

Jedi, there's a disturbance in your force and it won't let me add you. It keeps telling me something went wrong. As if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced. I fear something terrible has happened.

Some have mentioned seeing two handshakes from the same person on the same day. I wonder whether, fom that person's perspective, the second one was after the 24-hour clock had run.

Example, I visit FriendABC, to execute my "Action 3" for a day, and tap a tile, then soon after that my 24-hour clock for him expires, I see whatcamacallit "3 Actions Remaining" and go visit his town and tap a second tile. Even if he had NOT cleared the first handshake, my second one works because, even though it is the same CALENDAR day, it was a new 24-hour day for us.

Remember, our 24-hour clocks begin with our FIRST action.

Lol! Sorry btw, I thought we did 3 taps but it was only 2 (had a couple of other tappers at the same time so lost count of how many taps had been swapped with who!) It is a good way. I wish so many people's towns weren't always full of gremlins though, as you can't leave them one to let them know, and the chances of them seeing your tile tap otherwise can be slim since it seems a lot of people don't clear them until lots are piled up. So then they don't know to visit you back...

Jedihntr I also tried to accept your invite but it seems your friend list is full.

I've noticed on a couple of people today, I got the notification that my calling card was squished. Went back into my SF and no additional handshake. The extra SP tile, however was in my inventory.

the same happens but I don't get the tile on my inventory, I receive a push notification that someone has visited my city (one of the guys who tap the tiles) and ten when I get there there is no sign of tile or handshake.

yeah this has gotten very complicated. I know it takes longer but the best way to do for me is through origin chat with my friends back to back tapping, although sometimes I'll do 1 and go back hours later hoping they cleared it. I've gotten so far behind and it takes me all day to play this game anymore so please new friends don't be upset with me. Add me on origin. I think we all have more than enough tiles anyway, although the xp is nice too.

I stagger my 3 daily taps, so that my tile tapping neighbors can hopefully get 3 tiles a day from me. I try to watch for their names when clearing my tiles or gremlins dropped; and then I know they've visited their towns recently. Then I can visit again for another tap.

It's different depending on your platform. Android users have to download the origin software which also gives you chat. On iOs you go into a friends profile and click on the plus sign under their pics. You can then remove or block the friend depending on which option is available.

This is hard to get down, but I have had quite a few more tiles than usual so it pays to work at it.

Johncolumbo, I hope mine are showing for you you,I hit it once a day,as does my wife....pesto1981.

I reset mine today,I know there should have been at least 4 hand shakes and only 2 showed up,but 4 tiles were in my box so ,hey I guess it works half way, enough to keep trying.

I have a tile and play a lot. I'll be using the method of I click your tile. When I see you click mine (or a gremlin) I'll go back in and click you again.

I cleared out my invites, and I'll try and make room for everyone depending on how many invites I get.

Nooo! I accidentally collected my tile and I was so proud of myself having managed to keep it for so long.
Anyways, I'm not spending donuts on it so it's 2 1/2 days wait for my tile.

To my neighbors, I'll continue to spread out three tiles for your towns. The big XP is always a plus. Hopefully this will be still going on after the weekend when my tile will be ready again.

People really haven't talked a whole lot about just how much all this xp from tile tapping really adds up! I can't believe how quick I made it th that last level. This should make those bonus level donuts come way quicker too without having to sell a bunch of weather stations or anything like that.
