Here is a smaller one
Ok you see that barrel of nuke waste behind my skyscraper? IT comes back every 30 mins or so. I did put that parking lot there when the sky scraper was there, but I didn't see that barrel. It may be a glitch, or it may be that all garbage comes back if its behind the sky scraper .... I'll put more trash back there to test my theory.
